Ingredients
- 🐙 Octopus – cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🍚 Tteok (rice cakes) – 500g
- 🌶️ Gochujang (Korean chili paste) – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🥬 Cabbage – chopped
- 🌱 Scallions – chopped
- 🐟 Fish cakes – sliced
- 💧 Water or broth – 2 cups
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍚 Sugar – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) – 1 tsp (optional)
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in a pot.
- 🌶️ Add gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, and sugar; stir well.
- 💧 Pour in water or broth, bring to a simmer.
- 🍚 Add tteok, octopus, fish cakes, and cabbage; cook until tteok is soft and sauce has thickened.
- 🌱 Garnish with scallions and serve hot. Enjoy! ✨
