Ingredients

  • 🌿 Coriander – fresh, chopped
  • 🥛 Cream – for garnish
  • 🥘 Paneer/Chicken/Vegetables – main ingredient
  • 🫘 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • 🌻 Cooking Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and spices; cook until oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add your main ingredient (paneer/chicken/vegetables) and cook until done.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and cream. Serve hot with rice or naan.
