Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Coriander – fresh, chopped
- 🥛 Cream – for garnish
- 🥘 Paneer/Chicken/Vegetables – main ingredient
- 🫘 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- 🌻 Cooking Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and spices; cook until oil separates.
- 🥘 Add your main ingredient (paneer/chicken/vegetables) and cook until done.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and cream. Serve hot with rice or naan.
