Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 2 cups
- 🍦 Heavy cream – 1 cup
- 🍂 Nolen Gur (Date Palm Jaggery) – 1/2 cup
- 🥚 Egg yolks – 4 (optional)
- ✨ Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Gently heat milk and cream in a saucepan.
- 🍂 Stir in Nolen Gur until completely dissolved.
- 🥚 If using eggs, temper the egg yolks and add to the mixture.
- ❄️ Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
- 🌀 Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions and freeze.
