Ingredients
- 🦐 Shrimp – peeled, deveined, and minced
- 🥟 Dumpling Wrappers – store-bought rounds or squares
- 🧄 Garlic & Ginger – 1 tsp each, finely minced
- 🌱 Green Onions – thinly sliced
- 🥢 Soy Sauce & Sesame Oil – 1 tsp each for seasoning
- 🌽 Cornstarch – 1 tbsp to bind the filling
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine minced shrimp, garlic, ginger, green onions, and seasonings in a bowl.
- 🥟 Place a small scoop of the shrimp mixture onto the center of each wrapper.
- ♨️ Place the open-faced dumplings directly into a steamer basket without folding edges.
- 🔥 Steam over boiling water for 6–8 minutes until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- ✨ Serve immediately with a side of chili oil or soy sauce for dipping.
