Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread 🍞
  • 2 eggs 🥚
  • 1 slice of cheese 🧀 (cheddar or your favorite)
  • 2 slices of bacon 🥓 (cooked)
  • 1 tbsp butter 🧈
  • Salt 🧂 and pepper
  • Optional: Avocado 🥑 slices
  • Optional: Tomato 🍅 slices

Instructions

  • Melt butter 🧈 in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Crack the eggs 🥚 into the pan and cook to your liking (scrambled, fried, or over easy). Season with salt 🧂 and pepper.
  • While the eggs are cooking, lightly toast the bread 🍞.
  • Place the cooked bacon 🥓 and cheese 🧀 on one slice of toast.
  • Top with the cooked eggs 🥚.
  • Add optional avocado 🥑 and tomato 🍅 slices if desired.
  • Cover with the other slice of toast and serve immediately. Enjoy! 🎉
