Ingredients
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1/2 cup (Nimbu Pani base)
- 🐟 White fish – 1 lb, cubed
- 🧅 Red onion – 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
- 🌶️ Serrano pepper – 1, minced (optional)
- 🌿 Cilantro – 1/4 cup, chopped
- 🥒 Cucumber – 1/2 cup, diced
Instructions
- 🐟 Combine fish, red onion, serrano pepper (if using), and cucumber in a glass bowl.
- 🍋 Pour lemon juice (Nimbu Pani base) over the fish mixture, ensuring it's fully submerged.
- 🧊 Cover and refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and firm.
- 🌿 Stir in fresh cilantro just before serving.
