Ingredients

  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1/2 cup (Nimbu Pani base)
  • 🐟 White fish – 1 lb, cubed
  • 🧅 Red onion – 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
  • 🌶️ Serrano pepper – 1, minced (optional)
  • 🌿 Cilantro – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • 🥒 Cucumber – 1/2 cup, diced

Instructions

  • 🐟 Combine fish, red onion, serrano pepper (if using), and cucumber in a glass bowl.
  • 🍋 Pour lemon juice (Nimbu Pani base) over the fish mixture, ensuring it's fully submerged.
  • 🧊 Cover and refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and firm.
  • 🌿 Stir in fresh cilantro just before serving.
