Ingredients

  • 🥟 Momos – store-bought or homemade
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – roughly chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Chili – green or red, chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🍵 Broth – vegetable or chicken
  • 🫙 Ginger-garlic paste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until translucent.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and chili. Fry briefly.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • 🍵 Pour in broth and bring to a simmer.
  • 🥟 Gently add momos and cook until heated through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
