Ingredients
- 🥟 Momos – store-bought or homemade
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – roughly chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Chili – green or red, chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🍵 Broth – vegetable or chicken
- 🫙 Ginger-garlic paste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until translucent.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and chili. Fry briefly.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 🍵 Pour in broth and bring to a simmer.
- 🥟 Gently add momos and cook until heated through.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
