Instructions

  • πŸ”₯ Heat oil in a pressure cooker and sautΓ© onions, chilies, and curry leaves until golden brown.
  • πŸ— Add ginger-garlic paste and the chicken pieces, sautΓ©ing until the meat is lightly seared.
  • πŸ… Stir in the tomatoes and spices, cooking until the tomatoes soften and oil starts to separate.
  • πŸ’§ Add 2 cups of water, seal the pressure cooker, and cook for 5-6 whistles until the country chicken is tender.
  • ✨ Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top and serve hot with steamed rice or ragi sankati.
