Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups, day-old recommended
- 🥓 Pork Belly – 200g, sliced
- 🖤 Black Bean Sauce – 2 tbsp (for 'Hitam')
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili – 1 small, sliced (optional)
- 🍳 Eggs – 2, for frying
- 🟢 Green Onions – for garnish
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt and Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry pork belly until crispy. Set aside.
- 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add chili if using.
- 🍚 Add rice and black bean sauce. Stir-fry to combine.
- 🥓 Add back the pork belly and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- 🍳 Fry eggs sunny-side up. Serve nasi goreng topped with egg and green onions.
