Ingredients
- 🥦 Cauliflower – cut into florets
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Curry leaves – a few
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🌱 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- 🌿 Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – for garnish
- 🥄 Oil – for cooking
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves, green chilies, and onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- 🌶️ Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Sauté for a minute.
- 🥦 Add cauliflower florets and mix well. Cover and cook until tender.
- 🧂 Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with rice or roti.
