- 🐷 Pork/Chicken – cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Ginger – grated
- 🥔 Potatoes – cubed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger.
- 🌶️ Add naga chilli and protein; cook until browned.
- 🥔 Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- 💦 Add water, salt to taste, and simmer until potatoes are cooked.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice.
