Ingredients

  • 🍚 Dosa Batter – for thin crepes
  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed

  • 🌿 Curry Leaves – a few sprigs
  • 💛 Turmeric Powder – a pinch
  • ❤️ Mysore Chutney – for spreading
  • 🧈 Butter – or ghee for cooking

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat a flat griddle or pan.
  • 🥄 Spread a thin layer of dosa batter.
  • ❤️ Spread Mysore chutney evenly over the dosa.
  • 🥔 Place potato masala filling in the center.
  • 🍳 Cook until golden brown and crispy, then fold and serve.
