Ingredients
- 🍚 Dosa Batter – for thin crepes
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Curry Leaves – a few sprigs
- 💛 Turmeric Powder – a pinch
- ❤️ Mysore Chutney – for spreading
- 🧈 Butter – or ghee for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat a flat griddle or pan.
- 🥄 Spread a thin layer of dosa batter.
- ❤️ Spread Mysore chutney evenly over the dosa.
- 🥔 Place potato masala filling in the center.
- 🍳 Cook until golden brown and crispy, then fold and serve.
