Ingredients

  • 🌱 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2 finely chopped

  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🛢️ Oil – for deep frying
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix flour, rice flour, curry leaves, green chilies, onion, and salt in a bowl.
  • 💧 Add water gradually to form a smooth, thick batter.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat.
  • 🥄 Drop small portions of batter into the hot oil.
  • 🔄 Fry until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney.
