Ingredients
- 🍚 All-purpose flour – 1 cup
- 🍚 Rice flour – 2 tbsp
- 🌱 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2 finely chopped
- 🧅 Onion – 1 finely chopped
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🛢️ Oil – for deep frying
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix flour, rice flour, curry leaves, green chilies, onion, and salt in a bowl.
- 💧 Add water gradually to form a smooth, thick batter.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat.
- 🥄 Drop small portions of batter into the hot oil.
- 🔄 Fry until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney.
