Ingredients
- 🐑 Ground mutton – 500g
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫑 Green bell pepper – finely chopped
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🐑 Mix ground mutton with onions, bell pepper, cilantro, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, lemon juice, and spices.
- 🧊 Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- 🍢 Shape the mixture onto skewers.
- 🔥 Grill or pan-fry the seekh kebabs until cooked through and browned.
- 🍋 Serve hot with lemon wedges and chutney.
