Ingredients

  • 🐑 Ground mutton – 500g
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🫑 Green bell pepper – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Fresh cilantro – chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🐑 Mix ground mutton with onions, bell pepper, cilantro, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, lemon juice, and spices.
  • 🧊 Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🍢 Shape the mixture onto skewers.
  • 🔥 Grill or pan-fry the seekh kebabs until cooked through and browned.
  • 🍋 Serve hot with lemon wedges and chutney.
