Ingredients

  • 🐑 Mutton – 1 kg, cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3, slit
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1 cup
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🫘 Cashew nuts – 1/4 cup, ground to paste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cook for a minute.
  • 🐑 Add mutton pieces and cook until browned.
  • 🥛 Stir in yogurt and cashew paste, cook until oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add water, cover and simmer until mutton is tender. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
