Ingredients
- 🐐 Mutton – 500g, cubed
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, sliced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3, slit
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🖤 Black peppercorns – 2 tbsp, crushed
- 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- 🌱 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🥄 Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and green chilies, sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🐐 Add mutton pieces and cook until browned.
- 🖤 Add crushed black peppercorns, curry leaves, and salt. Mix well.
- 🥘 Cover and cook on low heat until mutton is tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
