Ingredients

  • 🐐 Mutton – 500g, cubed
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, sliced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3, slit
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🖤 Black peppercorns – 2 tbsp, crushed
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🌱 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🥄 Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and green chilies, sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🐐 Add mutton pieces and cook until browned.
  • 🖤 Add crushed black peppercorns, curry leaves, and salt. Mix well.
  • 🥘 Cover and cook on low heat until mutton is tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
