Ingredients

  • 🐑 Mutton – 2 lbs, cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 3 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1-2 tsp
  • 🌿 Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
  • 🌼 Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🥄 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • 🍶 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
  • 🛢️ Cooking Oil – as needed

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🐑 Add mutton pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
  • 🍶 Stir in yogurt and garam masala. Simmer on low heat until the mutton is tender. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
