Ingredients
- 🐑 Mutton – 2 lbs, cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 3 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1-2 tsp
- 🌿 Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
- 🌼 Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- 🍶 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
- 🛢️ Cooking Oil – as needed
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🐑 Add mutton pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
- 🍶 Stir in yogurt and garam masala. Simmer on low heat until the mutton is tender. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
