Ingredients

  • 🐑 Mutton – 1 kg, bone-in
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, sliced
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Nihari spice mix – 4 tbsp
  • 🌾 Wheat flour – for Kulcha
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🍋 Lemon – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Brown mutton in a pot with oil.
  • 🧅 Add onions and ginger-garlic paste; sauté until golden.
  • 🌶️ Stir in nihari spice mix and yogurt; cook for 5 minutes.
  • 🥘 Add water and simmer for 2 hours, until mutton is tender.
  • 🥖 Serve hot with freshly baked Kulcha and lemon wedges. 🍋
