Ingredients
- 🐑 Mutton – 1 kg, bone-in
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, sliced
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Nihari spice mix – 4 tbsp
- 🌾 Wheat flour – for Kulcha
- 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lemon – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Brown mutton in a pot with oil.
- 🧅 Add onions and ginger-garlic paste; sauté until golden.
- 🌶️ Stir in nihari spice mix and yogurt; cook for 5 minutes.
- 🥘 Add water and simmer for 2 hours, until mutton is tender.
- 🥖 Serve hot with freshly baked Kulcha and lemon wedges. 🍋
