Ingredients
- 🐑 Mutton – 1 kg
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, sliced
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Nihari Masala – 4 tbsp
- 🫘 Wheat flour (atta) – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon wedges – for garnish
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add onions, and fry until golden brown.
- 🐑 Add mutton, ginger-garlic paste, and Nihari masala. Sauté well.
- 💧 Add water and simmer for 2 hours, or until mutton is tender.
- 🥣 Mix wheat flour with water to form a slurry. Add to the stew and cook until thickened.
- ✨ Garnish with lemon wedges and cilantro. Serve hot.
