Ingredients

  • 🐑 Mutton – 1 kg
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, sliced
  • 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Nihari Masala – 4 tbsp
  • 🫘 Wheat flour (atta) – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon wedges – for garnish
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, add onions, and fry until golden brown.
  • 🐑 Add mutton, ginger-garlic paste, and Nihari masala. Sauté well.
  • 💧 Add water and simmer for 2 hours, or until mutton is tender.
  • 🥣 Mix wheat flour with water to form a slurry. Add to the stew and cook until thickened.
  • ✨ Garnish with lemon wedges and cilantro. Serve hot.
