Ingredients

  • 🐑 Ground mutton – 250g
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🥟 Momo wrappers – 50
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🫙 Soy sauce – for serving

Instructions

  • 🐑 Mix ground mutton with chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and salt.
  • 🥟 Place a spoonful of the mutton mixture in the center of each momo wrapper.
  • ✨ Fold the wrappers to create momo shapes.
  • ♨️ Steam the momos for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  • 🫙 Serve hot with soy sauce or chutney.
