Ingredients
- 🐑 Ground mutton – 250g
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🥟 Momo wrappers – 50
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🫙 Soy sauce – for serving
Instructions
- 🐑 Mix ground mutton with chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and salt.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of the mutton mixture in the center of each momo wrapper.
- ✨ Fold the wrappers to create momo shapes.
- ♨️ Steam the momos for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- 🫙 Serve hot with soy sauce or chutney.
