Ingredients

  • 🐑 Ground mutton – 250g
  • 🥟 Momo wrappers – 50 pieces
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 inch, grated
  • 🥬 Cabbage – finely shredded
  • 🌱 Coriander – chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped (optional)
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🫘 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🐑 Mix ground mutton with onion, garlic, ginger, cabbage, coriander, chilies (if using), salt, and soy sauce.
  • 🥟 Fill each momo wrapper with the mutton mixture.
  • 🔥 Heat a pan with oil and place the momos in a circular pattern, cooking until golden brown on the bottom.
  • 💧 Add water to the pan and cover, steaming until the momos are cooked through.
  • 🥢 Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
