Ingredients
- 🐑 Ground mutton – 250g
- 🥟 Momo wrappers – 50 pieces
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 inch, grated
- 🥬 Cabbage – finely shredded
- 🌱 Coriander – chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped (optional)
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🫘 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🐑 Mix ground mutton with onion, garlic, ginger, cabbage, coriander, chilies (if using), salt, and soy sauce.
- 🥟 Fill each momo wrapper with the mutton mixture.
- 🔥 Heat a pan with oil and place the momos in a circular pattern, cooking until golden brown on the bottom.
- 💧 Add water to the pan and cover, steaming until the momos are cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
