Ingredients
- 🍞 Bread slices – 4
- 🐑 Mutton keema – 200g
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫑 Green bell pepper – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🧀 Cheese – grated (optional)
- 🧈 Butter – for toasting
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🥘 Add mutton keema, tomatoes, bell pepper, green chilies (if using), and cook until keema is cooked through and dry.
- 🌿 Mix in coriander leaves and salt to taste.
- 🍞 Spread the keema mixture on bread slices.
- 🧈 Butter the outside of the bread and toast on a pan until golden brown and crispy. You can also add cheese on top before toasting.
- 🔪 Cut into desired shapes and serve hot.
