Ingredients

  • 🍞 Bread slices – 4
  • 🐑 Mutton keema – 200g
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🫑 Green bell pepper – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped (optional)
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🧀 Cheese – grated (optional)
  • 🧈 Butter – for toasting

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🥘 Add mutton keema, tomatoes, bell pepper, green chilies (if using), and cook until keema is cooked through and dry.
  • 🌿 Mix in coriander leaves and salt to taste.
  • 🍞 Spread the keema mixture on bread slices.
  • 🧈 Butter the outside of the bread and toast on a pan until golden brown and crispy. You can also add cheese on top before toasting.
  • 🔪 Cut into desired shapes and serve hot.
