Ingredients

  • ❤️ Mutton Heart – cleaned and diced
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green Chillies – slit
  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
  • 🥘 Cooking Oil – 3 tbsp
  • 🧂 Spices (Turmeric, Chili, Coriander) – as needed

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pressure cooker or pot; add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies; sauté for a minute.
  • ❤️ Add mutton heart pieces and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  • 🧂 Add spices (turmeric, chili, coriander powder) and salt; mix well.
  • 💧 Add water, enough to cover the heart pieces; pressure cook for 20-25 minutes or simmer until tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
