Ingredients
- ❤️ Mutton Heart – cleaned and diced
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green Chillies – slit
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
- 🥘 Cooking Oil – 3 tbsp
- 🧂 Spices (Turmeric, Chili, Coriander) – as needed
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pressure cooker or pot; add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies; sauté for a minute.
- ❤️ Add mutton heart pieces and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- 🧂 Add spices (turmeric, chili, coriander powder) and salt; mix well.
- 💧 Add water, enough to cover the heart pieces; pressure cook for 20-25 minutes or simmer until tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
