Ingredients
- 🐑 Mutton – 500g, small pieces
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, sliced
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3, slit
- 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- 🌶️ Chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🌱 Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- 💛 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🫘 Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté for a minute.
- 🐑 Add mutton pieces and sauté until browned.
- 🌶️ Add chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
- 🥘 Cook covered on low heat until mutton is tender and all the water dries up. Fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
