Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground Mutton – 1 lb
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🫑 Green Bell Pepper – diced
  • 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander – chopped
  • 🌾 All Purpose Flour – 2 tbsp
  • 🥚 Egg – 1 medium
  • 🧂 Spices – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥩 In a large bowl, combine ground mutton, chopped onion, tomato, bell pepper, garlic, and green chilies.
  • 🌿 Add coriander, flour, egg, and spices. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
  • ⏳ Let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Shape the mixture into flat, round kebabs.
  • 🥘 Fry the kebabs until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Serve hot!
