Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground Mutton – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫑 Green Bell Pepper – diced
- 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander – chopped
- 🌾 All Purpose Flour – 2 tbsp
- 🥚 Egg – 1 medium
- 🧂 Spices – to taste
Instructions
- 🥩 In a large bowl, combine ground mutton, chopped onion, tomato, bell pepper, garlic, and green chilies.
- 🌿 Add coriander, flour, egg, and spices. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
- ⏳ Let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Shape the mixture into flat, round kebabs.
- 🥘 Fry the kebabs until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Serve hot!
