Ingredients
- 🥩 Mutton pieces – 1 kg
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Garam masala – 1 tsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🥄 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🫘 Cooking oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate mutton with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan or grill. Place marinated mutton pieces.
- ♨️ Cook mutton pieces until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally.
- 🧅 In a separate pan, sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🥘 Add the cooked mutton pieces to the onions and simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot.
