Ingredients

  • 🥩 Mutton pieces – 1 kg
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🥄 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🫘 Cooking oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate mutton with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan or grill. Place marinated mutton pieces.
  • ♨️ Cook mutton pieces until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally.
  • 🧅 In a separate pan, sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🥘 Add the cooked mutton pieces to the onions and simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot.
