Ingredients

  • 🐑 Mutton Brain – cleaned and cubed
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – slit
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Curry Leaves – a few
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and green chilies.
  • 🧅 Sauté chopped onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
  • 🐑 Add the mutton brain pieces and sauté gently until lightly browned.
  • 🧂 Add spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) and salt to taste; cook for a few more minutes.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with cilantro before serving hot. ✨
