Ingredients
- 🐑 Mutton Brain – cleaned and cubed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – slit
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Curry Leaves – a few
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and green chilies.
- 🧅 Sauté chopped onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
- 🐑 Add the mutton brain pieces and sauté gently until lightly browned.
- 🧂 Add spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) and salt to taste; cook for a few more minutes.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with cilantro before serving hot. ✨
