Ingredients

  • 🦪 Mussels – 1 kg, cleaned
  • 🌶️ Nduja – 50g, crumbled
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🍷 White wine – 1/2 cup
  • 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
  • 🥖 Crusty bread – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in a large pot until softened.
  • 🌶️ Add nduja and cook until it renders some fat.
  • 🍷 Deglaze the pot with white wine and let it reduce slightly.
  • 🦪 Add mussels, cover, and cook until they open (5-7 minutes).
  • 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve with crusty bread.
