Ingredients
- 🦪 Mussels – 1 kg, cleaned
- 🌶️ Nduja – 50g, crumbled
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍷 White wine – 1/2 cup
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
- 🥖 Crusty bread – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in a large pot until softened.
- 🌶️ Add nduja and cook until it renders some fat.
- 🍷 Deglaze the pot with white wine and let it reduce slightly.
- 🦪 Add mussels, cover, and cook until they open (5-7 minutes).
- 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve with crusty bread.
