Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🫑 Green Bell Pepper – diced
- 🌶️ Green Chillies – slit
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🥄 Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- 🧂 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms and green bell pepper, cook until softened.
- 🍚 Add soaked rice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices; sauté gently.
- 💧 Add water and salt, bring to a boil, then simmer until rice is cooked.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
