Ingredients
- 🍚 Arborio Rice – 1 cup
- 🍄 Mushrooms – 1 lb, sliced
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🧀 Parmesan Cheese – 1/2 cup, grated
- 🌿 Vegetable Broth – 4 cups, warm
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms and cook until browned and softened.
- 🍚 Stir in Arborio rice and toast for 1-2 minutes.
- 🥘 Gradually add warm broth, 1 cup at a time, stirring until absorbed before adding more.
- 🧀 Stir in Parmesan cheese and serve hot. Garnish with parsley.🌿
