Ingredients

  • 🍚 Arborio Rice – 1 cup
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – 1 lb, sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🧀 Parmesan Cheese – 1/2 cup, grated
  • 🌿 Vegetable Broth – 4 cups, warm

Instructions

  • 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
  • 🍄 Add mushrooms and cook until browned and softened.
  • 🍚 Stir in Arborio rice and toast for 1-2 minutes.
  • 🥘 Gradually add warm broth, 1 cup at a time, stirring until absorbed before adding more.
  • 🧀 Stir in Parmesan cheese and serve hot. Garnish with parsley.🌿
