Ingredients

  • 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Nihari Masala – 3 tbsp
  • 🌾 Wheat Flour (Atta) – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, sauté onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook.
  • 🍄 Add mushrooms and Nihari Masala; sauté well.
  • 💧 Add water and simmer until mushrooms are tender.
  • 🌾 Mix wheat flour with water, add to the gravy for thickening.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice. ✨
