Ingredients
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Nihari Masala – 3 tbsp
- 🌾 Wheat Flour (Atta) – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, sauté onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms and Nihari Masala; sauté well.
- 💧 Add water and simmer until mushrooms are tender.
- 🌾 Mix wheat flour with water, add to the gravy for thickening.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice. ✨
