Ingredients
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Curry leaves – a few sprigs
- 🥄 Ghee – for roasting
- 🍋 Lemon juice – to taste
- 🧂 Spices – (turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan and add onions, garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until golden.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms and sauté until they release water and start to brown.
- 🧂 Add spices and salt, and roast until the mushrooms are well coated and cooked through.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the mushrooms.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot as a side dish or main course.
