Ingredients

  • 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – a few sprigs
  • 🥄 Ghee – for roasting
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – to taste
  • 🧂 Spices – (turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan and add onions, garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until golden.
  • 🍄 Add mushrooms and sauté until they release water and start to brown.
  • 🧂 Add spices and salt, and roast until the mushrooms are well coated and cooked through.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the mushrooms.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot as a side dish or main course.
