Ingredients

  • ๐Ÿงด Cooking Oil โ€“ 2 tbsp
  • ๐Ÿ€ Fresh Coriander โ€“ small handful, chopped

Instructions

  • ๐Ÿ”ฅ Heat oil in a pan and sautรฉ onions until they become soft and golden brown.
  • ๐Ÿ… Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cooking until the mixture softens.
  • ๐Ÿง‚ Stir in the dry spices and salt, cooking for two minutes to release aromas.
  • ๐Ÿฅ˜ Fold in the mushrooms and a splash of water, simmering until tender.
  • โœจ Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or flatbread.
