Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken – 1 lb, boneless, cut into pieces
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 🌿 Cream – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, finely chopped
- 🌰 Cashews – 1/4 cup, ground
- 🧂 Spices – Garam masala, cardamom powder to taste
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat butter in a pan, add marinated chicken and cook until lightly browned.
- 🥛 Add milk, cream, and cashew paste. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- 🌶️ Add green chilies and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
