- 🍚 Dosa Batter – 2 cups
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, chopped
- 🌿 Coriander – chopped, for garnish
- 🧈 Butter – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat a flat pan or griddle on medium heat.
- 🥄 Spread a ladleful of dosa batter thinly.
- 🧅 Sprinkle chopped onions, garlic, and green chilies on top.
- 🧈 Drizzle butter around the edges and on top.
- 🍳 Cook until golden brown and crisp; fold and serve hot.
