Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken or 🥩 Mutton – 500g
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, finely sliced
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1 cup
  • 🌰 Cashews – 1/4 cup, ground
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Spices (Garam masala, turmeric, chili powder) – to taste
  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Marinate chicken/mutton with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions in ghee until golden brown, then add marinated meat and cook until browned.
  • 🌰 Add cashew paste and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • 💧 Add water and simmer until meat is tender. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • 🍚 Serve hot with basmati rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.🌿
