Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken or 🥩 Mutton – 500g
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, finely sliced
- 🥛 Yogurt – 1 cup
- 🌰 Cashews – 1/4 cup, ground
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Spices (Garam masala, turmeric, chili powder) – to taste
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Marinate chicken/mutton with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- 🧅 Sauté onions in ghee until golden brown, then add marinated meat and cook until browned.
- 🌰 Add cashew paste and cook for another 10 minutes.
- 💧 Add water and simmer until meat is tender. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- 🍚 Serve hot with basmati rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.🌿
