Ingredients
- 🌱 Moong Sprouts – 1 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chili – finely chopped (optional)
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🌱 Rinse moong sprouts thoroughly.
- 🧅 In a bowl, combine sprouts, onion, tomato, and green chili (if using).
- 🍋 Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix well.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve fresh.
