Ingredients
- 🌱 Moong Dal – 1 cup
- 🍚 Rice Rava – 1/2 cup
- 🥄 Yogurt – 1/4 cup
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2 (optional)
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 💧 Water – as needed
- ⚙️ Eno fruit salt – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 💧 Soak moong dal for 2-3 hours and grind to a smooth batter.
- 🥣 Mix the batter with rice rava, yogurt, salt, and green chilies (if using). Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- ♨️ Add eno fruit salt to the batter and mix gently.
- 🍚 Pour the batter into greased idli molds and steam for 10-12 minutes.
- ✨ Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
