Ingredients

  • 🍚 Glutinous rice flour (mochiko)
  • 🥚 Eggs
  • 🥛 Milk
  • 🧈 Melted butter
  • 🍬 Sugar
  • 🍩 Donut glaze (optional)
  • 🌈 Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine rice flour, sugar, eggs, milk, and melted butter in a bowl.
  • ♨️ Mix until smooth.
  • 🌡️ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or prepare a deep fryer with oil.
  • 🍩 Pipe or spoon batter into donut shapes on a baking sheet or directly into the hot oil.
  • ⏱️ Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden, or fry until golden brown.
  • ✨ Let cool slightly, then glaze and add sprinkles if desired.
