Ingredients
- 🍚 Glutinous rice flour (mochiko)
- 🥚 Eggs
- 🥛 Milk
- 🧈 Melted butter
- 🍬 Sugar
- 🍩 Donut glaze (optional)
- 🌈 Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine rice flour, sugar, eggs, milk, and melted butter in a bowl.
- ♨️ Mix until smooth.
- 🌡️ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or prepare a deep fryer with oil.
- 🍩 Pipe or spoon batter into donut shapes on a baking sheet or directly into the hot oil.
- ⏱️ Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden, or fry until golden brown.
- ✨ Let cool slightly, then glaze and add sprinkles if desired.
