Ingredients

  • Mocchu (Rice Cake): 2 pieces 🍚
  • Muscat Grapes: 6-8 🍇
  • Sweetened Kinako (Soybean Flour): 2 tbsp 🥜
  • Kuromitsu (Brown Sugar Syrup): 1 tbsp 🍯

Instructions

  • Prepare the Mochi: If using frozen mochi, microwave according to package instructions until soft and pliable. If using fresh mochi, ensure it is soft. ♨️
  • Prepare the Grapes: Wash and dry the muscat grapes. You can leave them whole or cut them in half, depending on your preference. 🚿
  • Assemble: Place the soft mochi on a plate. 🍽️
  • Top with Grapes: Arrange the muscat grapes on top of the mochi. ✨
  • Dust with Kinako: Sprinkle the sweetened kinako over the mochi and grapes. 🌾
  • Drizzle with Kuromitsu: Drizzle the kuromitsu over everything. 😋
