Ingredients

  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – 4 cups
  • 🍗 Chicken or Lamb – 2 lbs
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 diced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Mandi Spice Mix – 2 tbsp
  • 💧 Water – 6 cups
  • 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic until golden brown.
  • 🍗 Add meat and Mandi spice mix; cook until browned.
  • 🍅 Stir in tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 🍚 Add rice and water; bring to a boil, then simmer until liquid is absorbed.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
