Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – 4 cups
- 🍗 Chicken or Lamb – 2 lbs
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 diced
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Mandi Spice Mix – 2 tbsp
- 💧 Water – 6 cups
- 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic until golden brown.
- 🍗 Add meat and Mandi spice mix; cook until browned.
- 🍅 Stir in tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- 🍚 Add rice and water; bring to a boil, then simmer until liquid is absorbed.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
