Ingredients
- 🌾 Wheat Flour – 1 cup
- 🫘 Besan (Gram Flour) – 1/2 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chilli – 1, finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
- 🧂 Spices (Turmeric, Chilli Powder) – to taste
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧈 Ghee or Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix wheat flour, besan, chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, and spices.
- 💧 Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
- ⏲️ Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat a tawa or flat pan.
- 🖐️ Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a roti.
- 🍳 Cook the roti on the hot tawa, applying ghee or oil on both sides, until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🍽️ Serve hot with yogurt or any side dish.
