Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken thighs – 1.5 lbs, boneless, skinless
  • 🍚 Miso paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🫚 Ginger – 1 tbsp, grated
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp
  • 🌱 Green onions – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, ginger, soy sauce, and honey.
  • 🍗 Marinate chicken in the miso mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or cook in a pan on medium heat.
  • 🍳 Cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • 🌱 Garnish with green onions and serve hot with rice or vegetables.
