Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken thighs – 1.5 lbs, boneless, skinless
- 🍚 Miso paste – 2 tbsp
- 🫚 Ginger – 1 tbsp, grated
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp
- 🌱 Green onions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, ginger, soy sauce, and honey.
- 🍗 Marinate chicken in the miso mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or cook in a pan on medium heat.
- 🍳 Cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 🌱 Garnish with green onions and serve hot with rice or vegetables.
