Ingredients
- 🫘 Sprouts (Misal) – 1 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Misal Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🥖 Pav (Bread Rolls) – 4
Instructions
- 🔥 Temper spices and sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste until golden.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and Misal Masala, cook until oil releases.
- 🫘 Add sprouts (Misal), water and simmer until flavors combine.
- 🥖 Toast pav (bread rolls) with butter.
- 🥣 Serve hot Misal with pav, garnish with cilantro and farsan.
