Ingredients

  • 🫘 Sprouts (Misal) – 1 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Misal Masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🥖 Pav (Bread Rolls) – 4

Instructions

  • 🔥 Temper spices and sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste until golden.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and Misal Masala, cook until oil releases.
  • 🫘 Add sprouts (Misal), water and simmer until flavors combine.
  • 🥖 Toast pav (bread rolls) with butter.
  • 🥣 Serve hot Misal with pav, garnish with cilantro and farsan.
