Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🧈 Butter – 1/2 cup, softened
- sugar – 1 cup
- flour – 1 1/2 cups
- 🥄 Baking powder – 1 tsp
- 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup
- 🍦 Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini cupcake tin with liners.
- 🧈 Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 🥚 Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- dry ingredients into wet ingredients, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
- 🧁 Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
