Ingredients

  • 100g 🍫 Dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao)
  • 50g 🥛 Heavy cream
  • 20g 🧈 Unsalted butter
  • Cocoa powder for dusting 🍫

Instructions

  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces. 🔪
  • Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it just begins to simmer. 🔥
  • Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate in a heat-safe bowl. 🥣
  • Let it sit for a minute to melt the chocolate, then gently stir until smooth. 🥄
  • Add the butter and stir until it's completely melted and incorporated. 🧈
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into a small square or rectangular dish lined with parchment paper. 📄
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. 🥶
  • Dust a cutting board with cocoa powder. 🍫
  • Remove the chocolate from the dish and cut it into small squares. 🔪
  • Dust each square with cocoa powder to prevent sticking. ✨
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. 📦
