Ingredients
- 100g 🍫 Dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao)
- 50g 🥛 Heavy cream
- 20g 🧈 Unsalted butter
- Cocoa powder for dusting 🍫
Instructions
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces. 🔪
- Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it just begins to simmer. 🔥
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate in a heat-safe bowl. 🥣
- Let it sit for a minute to melt the chocolate, then gently stir until smooth. 🥄
- Add the butter and stir until it's completely melted and incorporated. 🧈
- Pour the chocolate mixture into a small square or rectangular dish lined with parchment paper. 📄
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. 🥶
- Dust a cutting board with cocoa powder. 🍫
- Remove the chocolate from the dish and cut it into small squares. 🔪
- Dust each square with cocoa powder to prevent sticking. ✨
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. 📦
