Ingredients
- 🌾 All-purpose flour – 2 cups
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🫘 Oil – for frying
- 🌱 Carom seeds (ajwain) – 1 tsp
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix flour, carom seeds, chili powder, salt, and oil.
- 💧 Add water gradually and knead into a stiff dough.
- ⏳ Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- 🔪 Roll out small portions of the dough and prick with a fork.
- 🔥 Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Serve when cool.
