Ingredients
- ðĨ Milk â full cream
- ðŽ Sugar â for sweetness
- ðž Saffron (Kesar) â few strands
- ð° Almonds â chopped
- ð Pistachios â chopped
- ðŠī Cardamom powder â a pinch
Instructions
- ðĨ Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan and simmer until it reduces to half. ðĨ
- ðž Add saffron, sugar, cardamom powder, almonds, and pistachios. Mix well. ð°
- ðš Pour the mixture into matkas (earthen pots) or kulfi moulds. âĻ
- ð§ Cover the matkas and freeze for at least 6-8 hours, or until set. âïļ
- ðĨ Serve chilled and enjoy the creamy Kesar Kulfi. ð
