Ingredients

  • ðŸĨ› Milk – full cream
  • 🍎 Sugar – for sweetness
  • 🌞 Saffron (Kesar) – few strands
  • 🌰 Almonds – chopped
  • 💚 Pistachios – chopped
  • ðŸŠī Cardamom powder – a pinch

Instructions

  • ðŸĨ› Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan and simmer until it reduces to half. ðŸ”Ĩ
  • 🌞 Add saffron, sugar, cardamom powder, almonds, and pistachios. Mix well. 🌰
  • 🏚 Pour the mixture into matkas (earthen pots) or kulfi moulds. âœĻ
  • 🧊 Cover the matkas and freeze for at least 6-8 hours, or until set. ❄ïļ
