Ingredients

  • 🍫 Dark Chocolate – 200g
  • 🧈 Butter – 200g
  • 🥚 Eggs – 3 large
  • sugar – 150g
  • 🥛 Milk – 120ml
  • flour – 150g
  • cocoa powder – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a cake tin.
  • 🍫 Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  • 🥚 Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • 🥣 Gently fold in the chocolate mixture, then add flour and cocoa.
  • Pour batter into the tin and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool before serving.
