Ingredients

  • 🍌 Ripe plantains – for mashing

Instructions

  • 🍌 Boil or fry plantains until soft. Mash thoroughly.

  • 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic. Add bacon/ham if using.
  • 🧀 Combine plantain mixture with sautéed ingredients and cheese (if using).
