Ingredients
- 🍌 Ripe plantains – for mashing
- 🍵 Matcha powder – for flavor
- 🧀 Cheese – shredded (optional)

Instructions
- 🍌 Boil or fry plantains until soft. Mash thoroughly.
- 🍵 Mix matcha powder into the mashed plantains until evenly green.
- 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic. Add bacon/ham if using.
